amazing stay!
spacious suitepolite staffaccurate picture
I found the hotel beautiful and spacious! all the staff were courteous and friendly. the complimentary breakfast included many options. Pancakes, eggs, sausage, hash browns, and a build your own omelette station! the pictures accurately display the hotel and the suite i stayed in.
waiting times were a little longer than i would have liked, though!

the suite had two comfortable double beds. it also included a separate living area with a sofa bed and a tv. there were full bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion available in the bathroom.

the hotel is nestled downtown near many sites and restaurants. i found it to be an easy walk to many attractions. a grocery store is across the street. there is a starbucks right next door!

the staff was polite and answered my requests quickly. the breakfast staff was efficient and greeted everyone with a smile. the reception was easy and check in was quick at after 1 am.

the hotel offered complimentary drinks during happy hour! the breakfast buffet included an omelette station and many hot food options. pastries and beverages were also available to all guests. this was very convenient!

decent stay, but some issues noted

the location was convenient. it was near a red line stop, a block away i think. the fitness center also had a good amount of equipment, several machines were available.
our room wasn't cleaned one day . trash wasn't emptied and it piled up, especially since i was traveling with family. also, no one emptied our trash , which i found inconvenient.

the staff was professional. they provided pertinent information to my stay and answered all my questions. the breakfast had many options. the happy hour was a great addition to the stay.
my room windows leaked when it rained. i needed to put towels in the windows. the carpet was dirty, causing my allergies to flare up during my two-night stay. there were also water stains on the ceiling (it didn't look good).

the breakfast omelette station met my expectations. it provided a decent start to the day.
The room needed updating. There were water stains on the ceiling. my windows leaked when it rained, so i had to use towels to soak up the water. the carpet was quite dirty and irritated my allergies.

the location was acceptable, providing reasonable access to nearby attractions.
the room's temperature was difficult to regulate and the maintenance response was slow (it took them over an hour to arrive). the technician's solution to leave the bedroom door open for airflow was impractical, compromising privacy. breakfast quality was subpar as the eggs were powdered, and the pancakes were sponge-like.
